"Every year I stay at Bay View, along with some colleagues, for a geology field trip that I run for the University of Leeds. It is work, but it always feels like a holiday, mostly because the accommodation is in such a beautiful location, and is extremely well appointed. This year has been especially nice, as the owners (the lovely Hilary and Martyn), have refurbished much of the property and it is now much more spacious and luxurious -not least due to the new open plan kitchen, garage conversion to a self-contained second flat, and a garden hot tub! Being able to sit in the kitchen eating dinner with a full view of the sea through huge sliding glass doors is delightful -even better is being able to open the doors and walk out onto a large decking area with tables and chairs and eat in the sun there while looking out to sea.
To top it all off, we were able to then digest while relaxing in the outdoor hot tub, still while looking out to sea. There is a wifi stereo in the kicthen too, nice touch! The garden is spacious, with walls and fences to keep your dog in, and a large gas barbecue for grilling in the sun. Inside, there is a newly refurbished master bedroom that includes a new ensuite with huge walk-in shower. The location itself it great -you are about 3 minutes walk to one of the prettiest beaches in Pembrokeshire, the same beach that you can watch the sun set in from the living room and kitchen of the property -it isn't called Bay View for nothing! The property is always immaculately clean when we arrive, with plenty of spore towels, bedding and all the kitchen mod cons needed to cook for the whole crew/family.
Hilary and Martyn are very accommodating, and always make sure everything is to our satisfaction -it's great knowing the owners really care and gives peace of mind that any problems are always quickly attended to. Can't wait to be back!."

Superb refurbishment
"We have been staying at Bay View for many years. It is in a stunning location with fabulous views. The accommodation has been improved over the years and the latest refurbishment is superb. It is now a comfortable, modern bungalow with very good facilities, very well equipped kitchen-diner-sunroom. Comfortable lounge with stunning views, three comfortable bedrooms, main bathroom and en suite. Safe enclosed garden and the icing on the cake - the hot tub. Finally, once again a superb holiday in five star accommodation and location."
